Rehydrating sick hen

I posted earlier today about my very sick Russian orloff and haven’t gotten anywhere with that, but I’m trying to focus on hydrating her because she isn’t drinking on her own. My question is can I give her too much water via syringe in one sitting?

I am giving her 1 ml of poultry cell twice a day, but I’m giving plain water during the day also. But when I sit with her to give her water I don’t know how much is too much for one sitting
