reintroduction after isolation for hatching eggs

If you separate out a roo and some like breed hens to get hatching eggs, how do you go about reintroducing them to the flock once you are done collecting eggs? Do have any issues? Does the length of time they are separated make a difference.

We generally don't have any issues other than maybe a bit of pecking order. I would reintroduce them about an hour before roosting. Let them all roost together and by morning should be no problem.
