Remedy worms/lice/scaly leg?

Hi, I have just bought 5 hens from a lady who could no longer keep them, but they have a few live, mild scaly leg and I suspect worms. Is there a top spot product which will treat these, or which products are the best? I had a thought that some I knew used to use Dectomax for their chooks? Has anyone heard if this is safe for them?

If it's not bad, you can try cattle ivermectin as a top spot. About four drops for a medium sized bird.

Normally there's a 14 day withdrawal period after using ivermectin.
