Removing Chicks

I know I'm being impatient, but I have 2 chicks out and are ansty to get out of the bator. Problem is I have one egg that's pipped, but hasn't done anything since about 9 last night when I noticed the crack. Can I get the babies out or should I just try to be patient a little longer? The pipped baby is at the very back of the bator, while the 2 chicks are sitting where I can easily reach them. Any thoughts?

Be patient, the hatched ones dont need out for food or water for a couple of days, and opening the bator will just lower the temp/humidity regardless of how fast you are.
