Removing hatched ducks while others still hatching

Hey all! My ducks are finally hatching! The first came last night at 730pm. He has been in the incubator for 13 hours now and is all dry but there are 3 eggs left at different stages of hatching. One has a whole in it and is unzipping and the other 2 have some pips. How long do I wait for the others to hatch before taking out the dry one? I dont want to mess up the humidity in there. I know the hatched duck will be fine for up to 24 hrs but what if it takes longer for these other 3 to hatch? Thanks!

I usually remove mine as soon as they are up and moving.
