removing vent plugs?

I'm on day 20. Do I leave the vent plugs in to help increase my humidity or do I pull them out so that the eggs can get air??

I've kept mine in to keep the humidity up. I would only remove them if your windows are dripping with condensation. I took mine out after they hatched to help circulate air and dry them.
