We’ve had our birds for 2yrs and this is our first round with mites.

I went to our local feedmill and they recommended this product and to look online for the ratio, they suggest 1:5 but could not remember the ratio.

Got home and off to search the ratio…
Turns out, there’s very very little info on the brand for poultry.

So, before I spray the girls and the coop, has anyone used this stuff with success?
1:5 ratio sufficient? I plan to do 2 separate sprays, 7 days apart to hopefully get the unborn baby mites.

I’m open to other product recommendations, hopefully not to pricey as the 140.00 psp I’ve seen (but if this doesn’t work, psp it is).

Tyvm!

Never heard of it, hopefully others can chime in.

Personally, I just buy Permethrin 10 and a Permethrin based poultry dust to treat my coop and birds. These can be found at stores like TSC or online.

I spray the coop about every 3months or so. Dust the birds as needed.
Directions for poultry are on the bottles/canisters.

Went and got permethrin 10, didn’t want to risk it as I couldn’t even find info on this forum for repel x.
