Repiratory Problems with the whole flock!

I recently bought two new roosters. One had a really raspy breathing sounds so i gave him some duracym from tractor supply for about a week, also was putting some vetrx down into his nose to help and the other was fine. An experienced chicken keeper told me to smell their nostrils and if there was a bad smell there was an infection, so i did that and my chickens that had a pen near the sick roo have a nasty smell, i want to give them some antibiotics but i am not sure what to do.

If the nasty smell is coming from the head area, most likely it's Infectious Coryza. Here's a link to poultry diseases. Scroll down to "Infectious Coryza" and read about it as well as treatments. If my birds had coryza, I'd cull them:
