Rescue Chicken

We have a rescue white sultan that was being attacked by her flock. She has occasional sneezing with mild congestion, We have her in quarantine. She is on antibiotics and electrolytes in her water and food. What does she have and what should we do. She is eating and drinking well

It is possible she is sneezing from dust or other irrritants, but if she has a virus, the only way to be sure what she has is lab testing. Many experienced chicken keepers would cull such a bird, I'm afraid; sorry.
