Rescue chicks

Hi all, I have rescued a baby chicken (6 weeks old approx) that looks to have been dumped and I couldn't bare to leave it out in the cold to die. My question is as I don't know it's background, how long do I quarantine it for before introducing it to my flock? It is still young so is inside as the nights are cold however should I give it anything (worming etc) in the way of disease control in the meantime? It looks to be healthy and is bright and chirpy, just want to protect my other girls just in case.

Quarantine for a couple of weeks for observation.

Not sure what else you can do. A fecal float would tell you if worms are an issue.
