residential cows?

I've looked and looked and can not find the answer to my question. I live in Spokane, WA. Residential zoned, double lot. I'd like to find out the legalities of keeping a cow. I'm thinking a mini Jersey for family milk purposes. Anybody able to point me in the right direction for finding this answer? I know that in Seattle you're allowed to keep goats.

There's info here. Sounds like you need to be zoned RA. Depends on if you are irrigated or not. Not sure what your situation is. Good luck
