Respiratory issue with younger chicken

I have some younger chickens (approximately 3 months) one of them has a hoarse voice. I have been treating with Tylon 50 for approximately 5 days, but it doesn't seem to be helping. She does not have any swelling or watery eyes. I haven't heard her sneeze either. Not sure what to do, any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

It doesn’t sound particularly serious if there are no other symptoms. Is she active, alert, eating, and drinking normally? When my pullets were maturing, they could have a change in their voices. I would continue to observe her, and hopefully, it is not any sickness.

She doesn't seem to have any other issues, but she just seems to have a hoarseness to her voice. It just worries me, I know how quick they can go downhill. I tried listening to her chest, but couldn't hear a specific weeze. I hope you're correct
