Don't use DE and don't bother with the vinigar in water.
This stuff will take care of a number of possible causes.

Sadly, we don't have Amazon available in Pakistan. Even if it is available, the cost of one product will be over a 100 $. But that seems like an amazing medicine. Wish we had more veterinary facilities here.
