I have a beautiful lavender sussex I hatched and I adore, who appears to have a respiratory issue, heavy noisy/breathing and a cough.
It's a Sunday here so no vets are open and the one that was said no to a chicken.
I have been to the stockfeed and got the antibiotics (oxytetracycline hydrochloride) for respiratory issue and have her isolated in my garage she isn't to happy about this and quite distressed.
I'm not sure what else I can do for her than make her comfortable.
Someone said take away her food as it has calcium in it and it stops uptake of meds so I have given her some mixed grain and oats

Is her food a layer feed, an all-flock formula, or a starter or grower feed? The only one that would have calcium in it would be the layer feed. If it's any of the others I mentioned, go ahead and feed it to her. She might be more willing to eat if you moisten it. How old is she? If she's laying, when is the last time she laid an egg? I'm not the expert here, but I'm going to ask some questions that will help the experts help you.
What color is her comb? Is it pale, blueish, gray, or normal?
How is her appetite? Csn you post a pic of her poop, preferably on a white paper towel?
When did the coughing start?
Have any new chickens been added to the flock recently?

Now let's see if @Eggcessive, @azygous or @Wyorp Rock are available to advise you.

How old is she?
Do you have photos?
Where are you located in the world?

Any mucous or discharge from the nostrils, bubbles in the eyes?
Does she lay eggs?

Oxytetracycline may help with infection, I'd try it.
Calcium may affect the effectiveness or absorption of Oxy, but I would give her her normal feed. Grain and oats may not have adequate protein and nutrients for a sick birds. A small bag of starter feed would be good to get if you are worried about the uptake of her meds.

Her feed is layer pellet
She has only come into lay a few months, she is 7months old and she laid yesterday.
No new chickens I have only had the 4.
She is eating fine.
I only noticed her cough the last day or two not thinking anything of it as she is always in something like chickens are.
Her comb isn't blue or grey I have attached a pic and her poop is normal.

Yes she lays and laid yesterday
I'm in Australia
I'm not worried as much someone was telling me about it and my stockfeed is now closed and only had medicated feed in small bags available

Oh, o.k.

She looks great in the photo.

Is the cough/sneeze constant or is it once in a while like she's gotten something in her nostril/throat?

Birds that have respiratory illness with a cough and sneeze usually cough and sneeze frequently. Often there's mucous, facial swelling and sometimes watery/bubbly eyes.

If it's an occasional sneeze/cough, then you may want to hold off with the meds and observe for a few days to see if it resolves. In the meantime, check inside her beak for any mucous or lesions and see that her crop is emptying overnight.

As for the feed, all poultry feed is going to contain some calcium (even chick starter has a little), so it's not like you will avoid it all together.
If she's eating her normal feed, then it shouldn't be an issue with the meds, just don't give her "extra" calcium like supplemental or dairy products during treatment.
