Hello all, made an account for this question.
We bought a meat chicken from the tractor supply so its not high quality, anyway the baby chicken leans its head real far to one side just sleeps barely opens either of its eyes and the leg on the same side as it leans its head is weak.

It looks like it could be a stroke victim if it was a person.

Fed it for two days with syringe, used some sugar but mostly chick starter.
It did this kind of by surprise so I don't know if it was physicaly injured or it just sort of happend, don't know.

It seems better today than yesterday, but still won't feed itself.

Heard of this type thing?

EDIT:SOLVED FOR THE MOST PART.

Wry neck can be treated, it just takes time and patients. I am treating a duckling now, but hers I believe is neurological and not completely vitamin related. I am not a pro when it comes to wry neck, but I'll be glad to try and help if you have any questions. There are many knowledgeable people here, tons of support and great information. Good luck with your baby, post updates and pictures!
