Retired fridge incubators?

I have a 20 or so year old fridge taking up space on my back porch that I would like to turn into a giant incubator out in the shed. Out there it will be protected from elements, and it stays in the 70s-80s even in the summer with the windows open.

So.

Show me your ideas! Anyone with step by steps?
