Returning to Chickens after hiatus...

Hello returning to chickens and BackYardChickens.com had chickens in the past but had to give them up about 6 years ago. This spring I acquired some feed store chicks trying to start again. 2 RIR, 1 Black Giant (not really), 2 EE's and a Speckled Sussex. Already facing some new issues, I never had before, hoping I can resolve it quickly! I am in Central Florida near DeLand. One of the EE "Pullets" isn't of course, and it's just not working.... Need HELP!
