Rhode Island Red (boy or girl?)

Ok, so I have one RIR that is really giving me a fit. I can’t make up my mind if it’s a she or he. It is definitely the largest of my chicks, dwarfing and outweighing the others (except for one pullet who is just a bit smaller) and even the two I know to be cockerels. I’m leaning more towards girl but the size thing is really throwing me off. Maybe she’s just big boned like myself.

So maybe y’all can help. What do you think? Boy or girl? The chick in question is the first picture, the other two are my boys for comparison.

I’m going to guess somewhere in the 4 to 5 week range. Maybe older as I got them out of a TSC bin and some already had wing feathers when I brought them home.

I'm gonna guess pullet for now, but keep an eye on this one. That just seems like an awful lot of pink in her comb already lol

I know! You want to say ‘she’ but then something just doesn’t seem quite right. Lol oh well, I guess we’ll just have to play the waiting game.

Yeah, some of mine must be older then. I have some that look similar but then some that have more feathering.
