Rhode Island Red Hen or Roo?

I have a 13 wk old Rhode Island Red, which I think may be a Roo. I bought a flock of sexed chicks, but all of the flock mates are different breeds so I don't have a comparison. The comb started developing at about 4 or 5 weeks. No leg spurs, but I am not sure about the hackle or saddle feathers. I think I heard cockadooing from her/him yesterday. Pictures below.

I would say roo with the dark glossy red patches on the wings, and thick legs. And lots of comb with being 13 weeks old.

Yep, it's a boy. Large comb for the age, darker shading on the wings, and the crowing are all the tell-tales. Spurs are not a reliable indicator of gender, and he's at the younger end of the age spectrum to get hackle and saddle feathers.

X2, I agree with Sunshine0235 with it being a roo, those red patches on the wings is a good indicator.

Thanks to everyone for offering your thoughts. I will start looking for a new home for him this weekend. We are in the city limits and can't have roosters.
