This is a 19 week cockerel in need of another home. We hatched out 6 eggs in March, but 5 turned out to be roos. We kept this one because he hadn't started crowing and we wanted him to keep the lone pullet that hatched with him company.
Well, this morning I heard a soft little crow coming from the coop, and before long that will lead to loud crowing and angry neighbors. We got the eggs from a local farmer and he appears to be a RIR with some other stuff mixed in(?).
I live in the Memphis area, so if you're close and need a roo, please let us know!
