Rhode Island Red Problems

Scarlett is sick. She's lost a lot of weight. She is lethargic. Her feathers seem. To be broken off on her wings. I have three other birds that seem OK. I do free range feeding. I've given her a corrid treatment. No change. Please help

By free ranging feeding, do you mean you don't feed them at all?
If so, unless you have a large feral population of chickens, thays not enough.
Could she have found anything moldy or toxic?
Those symptoms sound like chronic malnutrition, and possibly mites.

No I feed them all they need. At least a pound a day from two different manufacturers. I use dusting powder but maybe not applied right. I was given the idea of using a pillow case
