Rhode Island red Rooster?

My very handsome rooster.
He looks like a rhode island red to me, BUT- hes got black legs.. I assume hes a mixed breed.. but with what? He was a rescue that a friend broght to me so i am unaware of his past before he got to me.
Is he a rhode island red or something different?

There's some silky in the mix - see his dark complexion and five toes.

He definitely has some silkie, but his red coloration looks too light to be RIR. Maybe New Hampshire red, or the silkie parent could have been a light color.

he definetly has black feet just like my australorp.
hes very mild tempered but I just wanted to know what he was. thank you for your input I never would have guessed he had some silkie in him.
