I think my chicken may be a rooster at 2.5 months old. What are your thoughts?

Are you sure they’re 2.5mths/10 weeks? If so they’re cockerels. They look a bit light for RIRs.

My thoughts exactly. A bit light coloured for RIR.
And cockerels if the age is correct.
Although they don't really look that age to me. The one in the back looks like a slightly older pullet.

They look just like my NHR pullets but I also think they are older than 10 weeks.

They look like POL NHR pullets. Closer to 20 weeks.
