We bought three chicks from tractor supply and now wondering if two of them might be roosters?

Exactly 1 reason I never by straight run RIRs anymore.
Bought 6 of them one year, we got 4 cockerels, & 2 pullets out of it. It seems like you get more boys out of RIRs.
