can rhode isleand reds live in west/central Pennsylvania, these are the chickens i want to get this spring

I have RIR, and from what i gather, they can live anywhere! Very hardy breed, and prolific layers

Far as I know, Pennsylvania hasn't banned the Rhodie yet.
