"Rhode Island Reds" with barred feathers?

So my chicks are about two weeks old, and the ones sold to me as rhode island reds have barred feathers coming in. Is this a normal juvenile chicken thing, or do I have yet another chicken sold to me under an entirely different name?

here's a pic of each of the chick's wings. one is slightly lighter, but other than that they look the same.

My two look exactlylike that. From Southern States who said they get their chicks from Mt. Healthy.

They sure look like Rhode Island Reds to me.

So will these feathers fall out and dark red ones come in?
