Rice Hulls

GM Guys:

Just want to ask I am in MS and I can't find rice hulls anywhere. Can anyone that uses them let me know where you get them from?

I would love to put them in my coop along with pine shavings. I have free access to the shavings from the local show barn after livestock or horse shows.

BTW, I have really enjoyed being a member of this great group of chicken lovers and cant wait till this spring when my gals all start laying.

I've seen them listed for sale on Amazon before. Have you tried a Google or Bing search for them?

I get them here but we have huge rice producers in California. One time when I was helping someone I found they were offered in the garden shop for mulching. Thats a good start.

I love my rice hulls my horse loves them too.
