Ring teal allowed in MI??

Currently in indiana a permit is not required for ring teal ducks however I am unsure in MICHIGAN. Does anyone know if they are allowed

Ring Teal are non-native, so a permit is not required anywhere unless you happen to live in certain city limits or in a neighborhood where birds aren't allowed.
