We raised 4 chicks last year..they started laying a few weeks back.liked never found a male pheasant..this man went 100 miles to get him some pheasants and he picked up a mail for me..he was raised in a big barn with concrete floor. He has a very long beak..he was nervous about being outside on the ground but settled in with the hens.he started digging with that beak...his beak looks like he's wearing it down..should I clip it or let him work it out.. Should top and bottom be same length?.hes eating and drinking and working his feathers. His beak just looks like it could snap off on the end and not sure what to do with him...also have eggs in to hatch is 55% hum its right at 99 degrees
