Ringneck pheasant ..hen or roo

I asked this question in July, and you guys were correct about one of my pheasants (that it was male)..It's starting to change colour..

This pheasant I am still not sure, anybody know? The picture is a little blurry (it didn't like the camera). It was born in the beginning-mid July

Yep, definitely a hen.
