Ringnecks

I am going to get some Ringneck chicks next week and I was wondering if there is anything I should know about raising them. I have raised guinea keets and peachicks before, so I know how to brood is there anything else I should know, are pheasant chicks any different.

I raised my first ones last year, so I am no pro. I just kept them warm under a light until they were about 5-6 week, then moved them out into a chicken tractor that I used for my meaties that has cover on the top and 3 sides. They're pumping out eggs as we speak. I had very minimal losses, 1 out of 10, plus 1 escape.
