RIP Blackberry

Does anyone know what killed my poor Blackberry? I’m assuming a hawk but I’m not sure. I’m hoping someone can tell from her injuries. She’s my 7 year old son’s favorite chicken of course.

That’s what I thought. I just wanted to make sure so I know what I’m dealing with. We’ve had chickens for about 1.5 years and this is our first loss, so it’s a hard one. Especially since my son loves them like pets. Especially Blackberry of course.

Thank you. She will be missed for sure. She liked to walk into our house just enough to get inside the door to be the first in line to get treats.
