RIR acting strange, red feet?

we have a 3 year old RIR that has been waddling more than walking, and her tail is down. Today I noticed her feet are getting red. Any thoughts on what to look for?

Could you post a pic? Feel her rump right beneath the vent. Do you feel anything hard? When was her last egg?

We read about egg bound, but have not 'checked' for that yet. Eats, drinks, still hangs with the flock. Our smallest girl, Chicken Little.
