RIR almost 4wks Old - Light at Night?

Hey all I have 6 RIR chicks that are almost 4 wks old I have a premier heater in their brooder and one end lit up with a 60w indoor flood light. Can I start to turn the light off at night? Right now they mainly sit under the light on their roost or on top of the premier plate so I am not sure if they like the heat from the light or just have gotten used to the top of the premier. Sometimes the sleep away from the light as well.

I've had my 6 RIR girls without a heat source since they were a little over a week old. They're now almost 4 weeks old and doing fine.
