RIR/Buff Orpinton Cross, Traits and would they be good egg layers?

Im going to give my broody hen eggs from my RIR that my buff Orpington rooster fertilized any experience with this mix? Are they good egg layers? Pics please!

Well Im not giving her eggs anymore, she went in the broody cage, I have 4, 2 week old chicks and Im not going through the all the work for 1-2 more chicks. Broody hen will have some stories to tell when she is out of the joint!
