RIR eyes color changed from yellow to red

Hi,
My RIR looks bad today. Just noticed her eyes turned from yellow to red. And she doesn't want to move. I live in Florida, so it gets hot. They have water, and plenty of shade. She did have respiratory issues a couple of weeks ago. I separated her. Could she have overheated?
