RIR HEN is aggressive towards dog

Hi, I posted awhile ago about this but it is getting worse. My RIR HEN is super aggressive towards my 14 year old terrier. She will go out of the way to attack him. It has gotten to the point where I am building a new coup/run for the chickens and cutting off a third of their territory so that she leaves him alone. She does this if we are with him or not with him. Can anyone suggest what I can do besides this so that she won't attack him? I'm afraid she is going to peck out his eye and then he will kill her. For now, they will be separated forever unless I can change her attitude. Thanks for reading!

Sounds like the hen .I need to teach my feist to leave the chickens alone.
