I took this picture this morning, and was pleased to get all eight gathered 'round the "water cooler." The little darlins--it seems like just yesterday they were little downy chicks and now here they are fully feathered save for their heads/necks and testing their wings!
They have definitely outgrown their galvanized tub; I found three on the coop floor this morning when I went in to water. They looked just as pleased as could be with themselves
Needless to say, the tub is coming out this weekend and they will have the run of the coop, practicing their takeoffs and landings on the roosts above.
