RIR Roo & EE or Starlight Olive hen

We have a Rhode Island red rooster who has recently started covering our Easter Egger, starlight olive Egger and Plymouth barred rock hands. Can you guys give me an idea of what babies from each one of these crosses will create? We haven’t decided if we’re going to actually hatch any of the eggs but we are curious to know what we might expect any information or details you can share would be great as we are newbies to chicken ownership.

You should get some nice light green colored eggs from the ee x rir! The OE cross will be interesting to see too
