RIR Roo Needs New Home (Central Ohio)

I need to rehome my RIR Roo. He is 23 weeks old and is (so far) a sweetie. He is quite vocal in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening. LOL I have neighbors that are not very thrilled with his 5:05 am wake up call. I am located just southeast of Columbus, Ohio.
