RIR Roo or Pullet?

[/IMG]I asked when they were about 6 weeks old and thought I'd check in again at 10 weeks because there are definitely some changes! One has a lot of black/dark green tail feather scoring in and is really a lap chicken. The other is more skittish and has little to no color coming on. I thought that was my roosters maybe tail colors don't matter. I just always thought the males had more color! Opinions?

If the pen is big enough they shouldn't fight as I've kept more than one rooster before, just looking back at the photos are you sure that's too different birds? Because they look similar

Yes...here is a frontal of the bottom bird which we have thought was a pullet all along based on some BYC help at 6 weeks. She has a lot more dark in her tail feathers.
