Rir Roo X Wheaten/blue Wheaten Hen

Has anyone done this x before? If so what were your results (egg size and color, pics of birds etc) please?

Ask me next year. I'm putting some RIR pullets under a BWA roo.

You would basically get Easter Eggers, so the production should be quite average or good, and the color should be a very reddened wheaten. Here's a good example of what to expect in males:

The females will be wheaten looking, but with more red/orange as well.
