Rir roos or hens

Approx 8 month old Rhode Island reds. Supposed to be all hens but only a couple are laying so far. Can anyone tell from the pictures if some are roosters?

All female. If you are located in the Northern Hemisphere, some may be coming into lay a bit late due to the shorter days. Another possibility is that they are laying in a hidden spot you haven't found yet.
