I have a HUGE RIR rooster I need to get rid of. Hes kind and all, but I like something that is a little darker and deeper in color. I also dont really care for his comb or him raping my other roosters hens...
He would make some delicious chicken and dumplings...I however, dont know how to do that (neatly) or I would. Either make me an offer and come get him, or teach me how to process and give me a drumstick and Ill be happy
OH you dont HAVE to eat him tho....its just that hes so big and delicious looking I cant help but think of anything else
