RIR - Rooster profile?

I bought my chicks in March. Now, at least four of my six have long, tall feathers extending over their "ends." I'll add photos, but I thought that might be a clear indication of roosters. When should I expect the potential chickens to start laying so I know for sure? Help!

if they are roosters. they will also have pointed saddle(back) and hackle(neck) feathers.
