RIR skin bright red

Hi! My RIR’s skin is bright red and has been like this for some time. She’s eating, drinking, currently molting and none of my other birds have this issue. She does not have lice or mites I see. I notice she has always been a super high stressed bird and I’m not sure why. What could cause this?

Do you have a rooster? The rooster can cause this problem. I'd make the hen a saddle. I have a video on how I make mine if you want it.

No I did have a saddle on her but removed for the molting. It’s her entire skin, even chest too all bright red.
