RIR (supposedly) - pullet or roo?

This is monster truck at 11 weeks. Any idea if she is a he?

I was told at the feed store that this chicken was a RIR. as a baby, it looked like a chipmunk. So I'm not sure what breed it is really.

Looks like a hatchery Rhode Island Red (production red) or a hatchery quality New Hampshire Red. I'm leaning towards pullet.
