Risky!!!

How far above? And what kind of incubator? Much over 102 F is fatal to chicken eggs and 38.5 C is 101.3 F so above that would definitely be risky.
 
It is better if it isn't, but won't kill the eggs. 105 for short periods of time is about as high as I have seen eggs survive well, once you get up to 106 you start to see a lot more egg deaths.
 
I'm sure the breed of egg would also matter. While I do not doubt that eggs could survive 105 for a short time, I know that more delicate breeds would not-serama-phoenix-Yokohama and more.
