In the Brooder
The chicks are all less than a week old and have decided to leave the confines of the fort to explore the coop with Mommy. They had a great time, and both parents kept them safe all day, but when it was time for bed, they couldn't get back up the ramp. About how long does it take for them to pick that kind of skill up? I had to collect them up one by one, and put them to bed, lol, which was a bit of a challenge with them being perfectly capable of hopping right back out and rejoining the others. Obviously they settled back down once Mommy followed back in with them, but she wont do so until they're all up there.
