Rocks and cornish

First of all, does it change if one breed is the hen vs the rooster? Will one sex's traits dominate the others?
Crosses i would do:
Barred rock x white rock
White rock x dark cornish
Dark cornish x barred rock
If anyone has pics of these crosses please post them, i would really appreciate it!
